Blood taken from Arianna, Cathedral Ward woman of
pleasure. The sweet blood of Arianna restores HP, and
temporarily speeds stamina recovery.

A member of the old Healing Church would know that her
blood is similar to precisely what was once forbidden.

Effects

Speak to Arianna in Oedon Chapel, and she'll offer you a vial of her blood. She won't give you one if you already have it or if you have the Blood of Adella or Blood of Adeline; you have to choose which you want to use. You also cannot store this item.

The Blood of Arianna heals 25% of your HP and increases your stamina regeneration by a considerable amount! It only lasts for 20 seconds, but it's very powerful when used tactically. If you use it just before staggering a boss, for example, you'll be able to do more damage while the boss is helpless. You can combine this with a weapon buff, like Bolt Paper, to squeeze out even more damage. It can also be very powerful in PvP.

In-game Testing: Gif on the right side shows results of the test, without using Blood of Arianna (base) it took 76 frames to fully regenerate depleted stamina while when effect of the vial was active it took 33 frames, making it ~130% increase of stamina regeneration for the whole duration of 20 seconds.

Online connection to Iosefka's Blood Vial: Using Iosefka's Blood Vial as a host while cooperating yields bonus effects for all cooperators no matter the proximity [tested]. One effect for cooperators is 25% heal of their total HP (while cooperating) and the other is ~130% boost to stamina regeneration which will last for 20 seconds, this effect is represented by the green aura around the cooperator's character. Summoned purple adversaries won't get any effect (as well as NPC summons) when host uses the vial. Conclusion then is when host uses the Iosefka's Blood Vial, the cooperators will receive effects of the Blood of Arianna. [video]

Self Buff Limitation: Just as you can apply only one buff for the weapons, you cannot have more than one self buff active at the same time. Only exception is Beasthood generated by the Beast Claw. Therefore you can't combine effects of the items such as Arcane Items Messenger's Gift and Old Hunter Bone. Consumables Beast Blood Pellet, Blue Elixir, Lead Elixir and even special blood vials with self buff effect like Blood of Adeline, Blood of Adella, Blood of Arianna. So beware when going into the fight that you can't use two of before mentioned items and "cannot use" animation will be performed when trying so which can cost you the fight.

Availability

Acquired from: Blood of Arianna [Unlimited], speak with Arianna, Woman of Pleasure in Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel during the evening or nighttime when not already carrying a vial of her, Blood of Adella or Blood of Adeline.

Notes

Cannot be stored in the Storage.

If you accept three vials from Arianna while Adella is present in the Oedon Chapel, she will murder Arianna as part of her quest line.

You can only have either Blood of Arianna, Blood of Adella or Blood of Adeline in your inventory at the same time.

Radiance Oath rune effect increases the amount of HP your vials heal, this also affects special vials Blood of Adeline, Blood of Adella, Blood of Arianna and Iosefka's Blood Vial.

If you consumed at least 4 of Blood of Arianna and then talk to her in the Oedon Chapel basement in Cathedral Ward when Micolash is defeated, Arianna will have different kind of dialogue: "I've never been happier... (cries) (laughter) (cries)" .

It is also possible to get this special dialogue ("I've never been happier... (cries) (laughter) (cries)") and have Adella the Nun present in the Oedon Chapel. You'll have to receive Arianna's vials before you send Adella to the safe place as game starts counting them after she arrived. [video]
