In Game Description A small, very ordinary hair ornament. Although it has been lost for quite some time, one can still see signs of the care with which this tasteful ornament was once kept. Its colour would stand out most brilliantly against a head of greyish hair. Giving Small Hair Ornament to the Doll in the Hunter's Dream will give new lines of dialogue and allow you to obtain Tear Stone, which produces Tear Blood Gem when you use it. It's a very useful gem with a powerful health regeneration effect, and worth equipping to your sidearm if it has a gem slot, at least until late in the game when you begin to find powerful circle-shaped Blood Gems. Notes Upon starting New Game+ all of the Key Items (except for Badges, Blood Gem Workshop Tool, Rune Workshop Tool, Short Ritual Root Chalice, Workshop Haze Extractor, Yharnam Stone and Ring of Betrothal) you acquired on your previous playthrough will be stripped away and you'll need to collect them again.
