Impostor Iosefka ❘ ニセ女医	NPC

Description An impostor who replaces the real Iosefka in the evening after you enter the Oedon Chapel for the first time. Though her origins and affiliation are a mystery, she is a fanatical mad doctor in the classic sense - she'll initially ask you to send refugees to the clinic on the pretense of providing them with legitimate medical treatment, but after sneaking in through the rear entrance accessed by way of the Forbidden Woods, you'll discover her true intentions and force her hand. At this point you may continue on as her willing accomplice and resume sending victims to the clinic with full knowledge that they'll become her test subjects or confront her in the second floor operating room to dispense swift and arbitrary justice. In order to claim the most valuable item she holds, however, you'll need to retreat from the clinic and let her live until the Blood Moon is out; at this point you'll find her collapsed in the operating room and can obtain her One Third Umbilical Cord by killing her. Location Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room, where she will replace real doctor Iosefka. When the clinic is accessed through Forbidden Woods route, she'll move to Upstairs Operating Room. Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room [Evening / Night] She will take real Iosefka's place starting in the evening after you enter the Cathedral Ward; speaking with her for the first time will open the clinic as a destination for refugees. 2. Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room [Evening / Night] Speak to her after sending the Lonely Old Woman from the residence near dry dock to the clinic. 4. Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room [Evening / Night] Speak to her after sending the Arianna living in foggy alley to the clinic. 5. Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room [Night] Speak to her after infiltrating Yahar'gul and sending Adella, the kidnapped nun, to the clinic. 6. Iosefka's Clinic Operating Room [Night] Speak to her after sending the Afflicted Beggar in the Forbidden Woods to the clinic. 7. Iosefka's Clinic Upstairs Operating Room [Night] Enter the clinic through the Forbidden Woods route and proceed to the upstairs operating room to turn her hostile; doing so will halt her quest's progression, and killing her at this point will prevent you from obtaining One Third Umbilical Cord. 8. Iosefka's Clinic Upstairs Operating Room [Blood Moon] Enter the clinic through the Forbidden Woods route and proceed to the upstairs operating room where you'll find her on the operating table. Exhaust her dialogue and kill her for One Third Umbilical Cord. Ending her quest. Accomplice Rewards: Each time Impostor Iosefka rewards you with an item before becoming her accomplice you will get 1 Insight. However each time she rewards you with an item after you became her accomplice (entering the Clinic from back side and still send her survivor) you will get 2 Insight. Also after you became her accomplice you will get Blue Elixir x3 for each survivor you send there from that point. Strategy If you choose to fight the impostor before the Blood Moon is out, you'll have a very tough duel on your hands - she has a tremendous amount of health and is very agile, and the tight spaces in the clinic make it extremely difficult to evade her attacks once she switches her Threaded Cane to whip mode. At first she'll walk slowly toward you while using basic melee attacks and occasionally casting Augur of Ebrietas, but when you reduce her health to 50% she'll transform her weapon and begin throwing Numbing Mist using Blood Vials and casting A Call Beyond. Interrupts are effective during the first part of the fight but are much less so during the second; the best strategy is to lure her into a more open area such as the first floor hallway where you have more room to evade her attacks, then keep the pressure on her with R1 combos to prevent her from recovering her health. Drops Oedon Writhe (+2) x1 [100%] One Third of Umbilical Cord [100%], only when is killed on operating table during the Blood Moon Notes Hitting door three times will trigger dialogue: "Can't anyone comprehend? That'll be quite enough of you, then. Isn't it time someone put you out of your misery?" and Impostor Iosefka won't talk to you anymore. Sending NPCs to Iosefka's Clinic will still turn them into Small Celestial Emissaries even after killing Impostor Iosefka (before Blood Moon) Impostor Iosefka's Threaded Cane has Slow Poison effect She will not drop Blood Dreg when Corruption Oath Caryll rune is equipped. Lucy Briggs-Owen also voiced Adella and Vicar Amelia, characters tied to the Healing Church. Impostor Iosefka is confirmed in ending credits where two Iosefkas were voiced by different actresses In unpatched version (1.0), if you accessed Iosefka's Clinic from back door and triggered her dialogue, from there on, anyone you send to her will yield the "I'll be trying old blood" response when you talk to her and additional people will yield the same response again. [video] If you don't interact with Impostor Iosefka and don't send any survivors into the safe place. Upon accessing the Clinic through Forbidden Woods route (before Blood Moon) and meeting her for the first time, two lines of dialogue will be missing: "Very unfortunate. I had such high hopes for you." & "Things need not change… You’ll do the rescuing and I’ll do the saving." Imposter Iosefka's body forms the Hunter's Mark upon her death during the Blood Moon.
