Old Hunter Queen Killer is friendly summonable NPC which can be called for help in - Cursed Pthumerian Defilement L2: Just before you open the door to the boss room you can find the summon point for Old Hunter Queen Killer to your left. Cursed Pthumerian Defilement L3: This summon point can be found to the left of the stairs that lead down to the boss room. Both Queen Killer and Madman Wallar can be summoned to take on Amygdala together. Pthumeru Ihyll L3: In the hallway, a little to your left, just before you head down the stairs to the boss room. Research Report: If he dies during the coop he will drop a Blood Gem. After 50 deaths, in Pthumeru Ihyll L3 and 209 Discovery, drop rate settled on 32% with details included in the table below. Current theory why only Queen Killer NPC has drop pool is that it reflects drops from Nameless Wheel Hunter (L.Wheel & Cannon) which is enemy hunter, you encouter in Root Chalice Dungeons like Lower Loran and Pthumeru Ihyll (depth 5).

Cursed Pthumerian Defilement L2 & L3

Old Hunter Queen Killer has no drop in Cursed Pthumerian Defilement L2 & L3. Tested 50 deaths in L2 and 50 deaths in L3 with Discovery 209. Working theory is that Nameless Wheel Hunter (L.Wheel & Cannon) doesn't appear in depth 4 Root Dungeons, therefore there is no drop pool for Queen Killer in Cursed Pthumerian Defilement. UPDATE: Nameless Wheel Hunter (L.Wheel & Cannon) does appear in depth 4 root dungeons.
